Upon check-in you will be required to provide a credit card preauthorisation of $200 or a $200 cash deposit to cover any miscellaneous charges.
Late check out is subject to availability – this can be arranged through Reception the day before your departure- from 11am, charges will apply and after midday a full nights tariff will be payable direct to the Resort.
You can check in from 2pm and check out is at 10am or earlier (Charges apply for late checkouts). If the room is available you are welcome to check in early.
If you will be arriving late to the resort, you will need assistance from our after hours check in service. Located out the front of the Reception you will find a telephone, pick up the phone and it will put you through to our Afterhours Answering service. They will give you the code to the safe which is located beside the phone. In there you will find an envelope with your name on it and key and instruction to get into the unit.
The Beachcomber Resort adapt a dynamic pricing structure, all rates are updated daily. If you find your rate has decreased, and payment has been made within our booking payment terms and conditions, we are unable to amend or change this for you.
All rates listed for Beachcomber Resort are based per room only not exceeding the maximum number of guests.

Reception operates Monday to Saturday 8.30am – 5pm and Sunday & Public Holidays 9am – 1pm.

Whilst every attempt is made by us to allocate rooms based on guest requests, sometimes this is not possible, due to Maintenance issues or owner requests. All guests are provided with the best room available on the day, regardless of the time frame booked.

The Beachcomber Resort can offer 1 King bed or 2 singles in some of our apartments. Requests can be made please call reception but whilst every attempt is made by us to allocate rooms based on guest requests, sometimes this is not possible, due to Maintenance issues or owner requests. We can add an additional rollaway bed if the maximum number of people has not been met.
Unfortunately not all reservations are held by on-site Management. Some people book private apartments thinking they have booked direct with the resort. Please be aware of this method of operation as you can be disadvantaged.
The Gold Coast Domestic/ International airport is located 27kms south of Surfers Paradise. Brisbane Domestic and International terminals are located one-hour’s drive North of Surfers Paradise
At time of booking, a small 15% deposit will be required. Remaining balance will be taken on the day of your arrival from the credit card details supplied

On arrival you may decide to change your mind form what you have originally booked. We are more than happy to assist you with upgrades subject to availability. Charges will apply.

No, Your apartment will not be serviced The Beachcomber Resort is a self-contained apartments, however this can be arranged through Reception for a fee if you require this during your stay.
Beachcomber Resort has a strict NON SMOKING POLICY; all guests must smoke on their balcony. Ash trays are not provided.
